Writing W9/10

 This week for writing we were challanged to make a poem. I found this very challanging as I am not good at writing poems. I got there in the end. First we had to make a word bank of all the events and things that have happened. We also had to research about Ngai Tahu and where they came from. Here is my poem.

Geometry and measurement

 This week for maths we were loooking at geometry and measurement. We were challenged to make a Kōhaiwhai pattern. We made a shape and reflected, rotated, enlarged and translated our shape to make a pattern. I found this task quite challanging but I got there in the end. Here is my work.
