I think you need to be able to listen to your partner and be able to take all ideas into realisation. I think having a maths buddy is good because you can help eachother understand what you are doing. Especially with problem solving because we could both be thinking different ways. I think it is important to share ideas with your maths buddy so that they know what you are thinking about.
